Great food

It won't come any better than this. Cooking is one of Peter’s favourite hobbies and he just loves to spoil his guests with a marvellous meal daily.
The fridge/freezer installed ensures that all ingredients which make a gourmet meal can be carried.
Daily we start with a sumptuous breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, cereal, muesli, yogurt, bread (toast), butter, cheese, jam, honey, or pancakes, eggs etc.
A cold lunch is provided in the remoter areas or where the daily itinerary does not allow to buy lunch elsewhere. Sometimes we stop for lunch at a roadhouse or café where everyone buys their own lunch (approx. 10-12 times per tour).
Every evening Peter will surprise you with another delicious and healthy gourmet meal. The variety and the quality of the meals are more than you ever imagined to get on a Safari and clients often ask in the morning already, “what's for dinner tonight, we can't wait”
No plastic or cardboard plates and cups are used, you will enjoy your meal served in a ceramic plate and sip your wine from a real glass.
Comfortable high back chairs and a large table with table cloth create a relaxed atmosphere.
Some clients regarded this as the best restaurant in Australia and by looking up into the sky said, “truly more than 5 star dining.”
