Peter was born in Switzerland where he grew up and completed all his training and studies before migrating to Australia. As a former Production Engineer he is not only aware of the importance of maintaining a very high quality standard in all aspects of his operation, he also has the flair for sensing the expectations and wishes of the individual client. His mechanical/technical background is also a big asset for a safe and reliable operation in the remotest parts of this vast continent. In Australia since 1982, Peter today lives in country NSW near Grafton on his own small farm. His love for nature, a keen photographer and a marvellous cook are all attributes from which clients always profit immensely.
Over the years Peter has accumulated an incredible knowledge about the 5. Continent. Knowledge and experience gathered hands on, through years of extensive travelling, time spent on farms and stations, the constant contact with nature and the people of the Outback.
The experience gained with his 4WD vehicles on his many adventurous trips to the Outback made him a Camel Trophy finalist in 1989 and 1990, which means that he surely can be classed as one of the most experienced 4WD vehicle drivers. No doubt, with this knowledge and the 17 years experience as a Safari guide, Peter must be one of the most versatile and most likable guides in the business.
